Grabnwork is a community platform that helps remote workers and students discover laptop-friendly cafes and coworking spaces. Users can verify WiFi speeds, leave reviews, and check in at venues.

3. User Accounts

To contribute to the platform (reviews, check-ins, WiFi verifications), you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information when creating your profile

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

4. User-Generated Content

When you submit content (reviews, check-in messages, WiFi speed measurements), you grant Grabnwork a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content on the platform.

You agree not to submit content that is:

• False, misleading, or fraudulent (including fake WiFi speed reports)
• Defamatory, abusive, or harassing toward other users or venue owners
• In violation of any third party's intellectual property rights
• Spam, advertising, or promotional content unrelated to the venue

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.

5. Accuracy of Venue Information

Venue information on Grabnwork is sourced from Google Places API and community contributions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any venue details including opening hours, WiFi availability, or outlet count. Always verify critical details directly with the venue.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system
• Artificially inflate or deflate venue ratings
• Impersonate other users or Grabnwork staff

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Grabnwork is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including reliance on venue information that turns out to be inaccurate.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
